Return Policy
We are sorry your items did not work out for you. Please read ALL instructions below if a return is needed.
RETURN ELIGIBILITY:
-If you feel you have received a damaged item, please contact us within 3-5 business days about your concern.
-Items MUST have original tags (If applicable) and must be unworn + unwashed.
-Final Sale items are NOT eligible for return. This includes all items with FINAL SALE listed in the description and ALL SEASONAL ITEMS.
HOW TO MAKE A RETURN:
To make a return please fill out the Crow + Co return form. All items for return must be postmarked within 10 business days from the delivery date of the original package and will be issued a store credit.
Returns are processed within 2-3 business days after receiving your return package. Please make sure to keep up with your tracking information as we are not responsible for damage or lost return packages.
